Our properties are mainly located around Southend and Westcliff areas, stretching out sporadically to Southchurch, Shoebury, Leigh, Rochford, Ashingdon and Hockley.

All our rentals come with the added bonus that we are not looking to sell any of our properties, making your future hassle free, without being put on the spot that your landlord is selling.

On top of this guarantee, if you out grow a property you are in and are happy with our service, please let us know as we will always do our best to accommodate your needs.

We’re so convinced you’ll be pleased with our service that we offer a flexible tenancy, so that you are not tied in. Our tenancies are certain of 6 months, then on a month to month rolling basis, so that you only ever need give a months’ notice on your rent date!
