Complaints Policy

Our customers are important to us, and we believe you have the right to a fair, swift and courteous service at all times.

If you have a complaint about the service that you have received from the us you should put your concerns in writing to us directly. The correspondence will be acknowledged within 5 working days. The matter will then be investigated and a full response sent to you within 15 working days.
